Products damaged in shipping may require a photograph be sent to the Roost service email box: the_roost@nwtf.net or the item returned, the customer may be responsible for shipping returns
If you receive a DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR MISSING items please contact our Roost Service email box: the_roost@nwtf.net within 14 days of shipment.
NWTF will replace the item if one is available if no replacement is available NWTF will issue a refund.
Allow up to 10 days for approved refunds
The Roost/NWTF reserves the right to limit or decline returns.
