All sales are final.
No manufacturer warranties.
Products damaged in shipping may require a photograph be sent to the Roost service email box: email@example.com or the item returned, the customer may be responsible for shipping returns
If you receive a DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR MISSING items please contact our Roost Service email box: firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of shipment.
NWTF will replace the item if one is available if no replacement is available NWTF will issue a refund.
Allow up to 10 days for approved refunds
The Roost/NWTF reserves the right to limit or decline returns.

NWTF does not store credit card information.
If you purchase a firearm on The Roost it is the buyer's responsibility to contact the selected FFL dealer to notify the FFL of the purchase
