Payment and refund policy

The Roost Refund Policy
  • All sales are final.
  • No manufacturer warranties.
  • Products damaged in shipping may require a photograph be sent to the Roost service email box: the_roost@nwtf.net or the item returned, the customer may be responsible for shipping returns
  • If you receive a DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR MISSING items please contact our Roost Service email box: the_roost@nwtf.net within 14 days of shipment.
  • NWTF will replace the item if one is available if no replacement is available NWTF will issue a refund.
  • Allow up to 10 days for approved refunds
  • The Roost/NWTF reserves the right to limit or decline returns.
Other Roost information
  • NWTF does not store credit card information.
  • If you purchase a firearm on The Roost it is the buyer's responsibility to contact the selected FFL dealer to notify the FFL of the purchase
